Recently I had a quiet moment at work and felt inspired to send a few emails thanking some people I interact with on a regular basis. These folks consistently respond promptly to my emails and provide top-notch support.
I wanted them to know they’re appreciated and their hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.

Here are some of the responses I received:
Thank you so much for your words, that means a lot.
Thanks so much
Thank you! !!!!!! You are a pleasure to work with as well
Thank you very much for your kind words
Thank you for the kind words. These are certainly challenging times for our industry, and we appreciate the understanding
Last month a customer support representative handling their crew’s logistics really went above and beyond to help us out. I sent an email to her supervisor praising her efforts and heartfelt concern. I received a “YOU ROCK” response from the rep.
Although it’s not my motivation, I believe people are inclined to help more when their efforts are acknowledged and appreciated.
